Draft for review
These plain-language draft terms describe the intended basis for evaluating and using ResultArc and HVAC Revenue Recovery. They are for review only and do not create a legal agreement or guarantee a service outcome.
Pilot scope
A pilot should define the agreed source, sample, permitted access, reviewer responsibilities, and timeline. Unless separately agreed, a pilot is read-only, sends no customer messages, and does not change a production workflow.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming that you have the authority to provide information, for reviewing decisions before any action, and for maintaining your own customer, consent, and operational policies.
Service boundaries
The service is intended to support visibility and review. It does not replace your CRM, payment processor, legal counsel, call center, or business judgment. Outputs should be reviewed in the context of your records and policies.
Changes and questions
